Prelaunch use notice

Version prelaunch-2026-09-30-v1. Acknowledgement records that you have read this notice and the prelaunch privacy notice. It is not acceptance of approved commercial terms or a paid service agreement. Commercial launch has not been approved.

Authorised use

Use your own account and only businesses assigned to you. Google or email identity alone grants no staff or customer business access. Authenticator verification is mandatory. Do not share credentials, bypass permissions, access another business or put secrets or unnecessary personal information into stock records.

Working with stock records

Check the selected business, quantities, units, import mappings and source records before approving changes. Review discrepancies, extracted documents and forecasts before acting. A discrepancy is not proof of theft or fault; forecasts do not guarantee results. Retain source documents and protect downloaded reports. Changes to business records are real and attributed to your account.

Readiness and availability

Provider acceptance, recovery, email delivery and commercial/legal preparation are continuing. Interruptions may occur and no recovery-time or uninterrupted-service commitment is made here. Paid customer launch requires separate readiness review and agreed service arrangements. Nothing in this notice represents registration, insurance or legal-compliance certification.

Account control

Administrators assign and revoke business access. Lost-authenticator recovery requires reviewed identity verification; email possession alone must not bypass MFA. Public support contact details have not yet been published. Use an existing agreed administrator channel where available.
